The Genome staff is hard at work this month putting the finishing touches on our summer/fall issue. The issue won’t be available until late August, but I wanted to give you a quick glimpse of what you can expect to see.

We’ve got lots of great stories to share with you, including a review by Kevin Davies of the Smithsonian exhibit Genome: Unlocking Life’s Code. This interactive exhibit is all about genomic science, and it’s gearing up for a tour of the country, which means it could be coming to a city near you. We also take a deep dive into Alzheimer’s disease and genomics, explore the world of digital medicine, and  look at what your family’s health history means for your risk for disease.

But that’s just a taste of what’s in store in the next issue of Genome. To make sure you don’t miss out on any of these stories — or future issues — sign up here for a free subscription.
